Problem

Due to the growth of the portal and the needs communicated by real estate developers, we worked on a solution so that their pages could be displayed with other necessary levels of information.

Benchmark

A review of the sector's direct and indirect competitors was carried out in order to define the main points to be considered in the development of the project pages, and the following points were highlighted from this analysis:

The importance of visualizing crucial information such as Project status
Start and delivery dates
Presentation of the real estate project brochure
Units of the building with their detailed information; the number of rooms, number of bathrooms, and square meters, among others.
Filtering of the units present in the building

Ideation

When defining the hierarchy of information, different low-fidelity designs were carried out to find the necessary order and structure.

After this, the implementation of the pages in the different countries was defined, so aspects such as languages, language, UI, and special information needed by each country, among other points, had to be taken into account.

Important aspects that were considered:

Considering high levels of information on presentation cards of real estate project units.
Consider that certain levels, such as for example, year of construction or start and end of construction, could appear or disappear depending on the real estate project.

Definition

The composition was carried out using the UI already defined for the brand and also considering the design for both the Mobile and Desktop platforms, it is important to highlight the technological challenge that had to be carried out to implement this project.

Conclusions

The importance of considering that the project was to be implemented in multiple countries was crucial, one aspect of which was that early consideration of this point helped ensure that multiple aspects were considered in advance and did not need to be addressed in the midst of development.
